Lewmar Spacer for 34ST and 40ST – Carbon Reinforced Nylon Replacement for Part No. 15000491 (custom sizes also available)

This spacer for Lewmar winches is normally only available as part of a complete bearing kit. While not many people may need this part, we discovered during maintenance that it was missing from our winches—an essential component that should never be overlooked.

To solve this issue, we designed and fabricated a replacement in carbon-reinforced nylon. This material is:

The model in the photos is installed on a 40ST and measures 11,00mm in height, has an internal diameter of 57mm and is 2,5mm thick.

This part is fabricated with FDM print technology and features randomized seams for consistent strength throughout, and is printed solid (no infill) to maximize structural integrity.
